We have spent the last year working on the exterior of our home. We demolished the entire yard, front and back and are in the process of finishing up everything. We installed new windows, new ac and furnace, an outdoor fireplace, fountains and patios. We also extended the front porch and covered it in Autumn Slate. We had the house siding replaced and painted the entire house also. We still need to install a side fence and gate and also the fence across the block wall fence in the back of the property. Ray will be installing a large patio cover for dining this summer. We haven't made any final decisions on furniture as there is so much out there to choose from. We are hoping to have it completed with a new Jacuzzi by this summer! It has been challenging, a great learning experience and we have met some wonderful people that are so hard working and talented.
Emily and Gramma are "cooking together". Since this picture we have baked cookies, cakes, and cupcakes! She loves helping out in the kitchen so much. Most recently she made chocolate chip with raisins muffins for her Mommy and Daddy. 
This is the view from our living room sliding glass door. I have planted the new White Eden on the right hand side of the arbor. Can't wait to see how it grows and fills in this wall. I also am planting Ferns, White Peter Pan Lilly of the Nile or Agapanthas in this area also.
